FRIDAY 16th 16th - Registration at the Cardoso Hotel followed by a St Paddy's Eve "Green Dress" run through the monuments and cafes of downtown Maputo. We will have a beer stop in one of the street cafes and sample some traditional brew in the old market. The run will start and finish from the hotel. The circle will be followed by a St Patrick's party with Guinness, Irish music and seafood with a magnificent view over the bay.

SATURDAY 17th – After a good breakfast buses pick you up at your hotel and drive to the countryside. Every bus will leave from the hotels and go to the same location, the beautiful Pequenos Lebombos dam. Multiple hashes will be set in the unspoilt bush around the dam, where you can watch crocodiles pee in Maputo’s water supply. Separate circles for each hash will be followed by hash lunch outdoors at the holiday village next to the dam, which once housed the Italian construction workers but now has a braai (barbeque) and restaurant area with pool and garden where we can cool off and swim.

Then it's back to Maputo for the Gala dinner at the Hotel Cardoso. The theme will be African, with local food and live music, and hashers will be expected to dress the part. Hash acts by the famous Maputo H3 “Baronne Babes” and visiting Hashes.

SUNDAY 18th –There will be a fantastic beach location near the world famous "Costa do Sol" village and restaurant. Endless sands stretching out to the deserted island of Xefina, mangroves and fishing villages. In short, just another day in Paradise!

Back to Maputo after lunch for the closing ceremony and party at the Hotel Cardoso.
